Wow, I just wrote a whole peace about our offer for a ride to the gathering and my computers just deleted everything!!
Anyway, my name is Merijn 21 years old and I am from the Netherlands. At the moment I am travelling with my boyfriend Peter, 32 years old, and our 4 dogs through eastern Europe.
We are travelling with an old Mercedes 407 and we have around 4 places left for people who would like to join us to the gathering.
At the moment we are in Slovakia and we will leave to the gathering on Sunday 19 from Brno, Czech Republic. We will pass by the cities Prague, Dresden, Gera, Erfurt, Eisenach.
Sunday the 26 we will go back to Holland to our house in Arnhem. We will passe by Bad Hersfeld, Kassel, Unna, Recklinghausen, Oberhausen, Arnhem.
Please notice that we have 4 dogs with us. They are all female and very very nice to adults as well as to children. The oldest one is 8 years old and the is the mother of the other 3. The second one is 4 years old and the 2 youngest are 2 months old.
We are both smokers, so smoking is not a problem but only cigarettes!!! We do not want to have any kind of drugs in the car.
As it is an old car, we are not going very fast.. around 80 kilometres per hour. From Brno to the gathering we willô probably drive on sundayafternoon and mondaymorning. During the night we will look for a place to sleep.
Back to Holland I am not sure how long it will take us. It might be possible to do it in one day, but probably it will take two days.
