Vereinsgründung für Café und Seminarhaus Berlin

Seminarhaus in Berlin:

Mein Plan ist es einen schönen(!) Ort zu erschaffen, an dem wir unser Wissen und unsere Fähigkeiten untereinander austauschen können, (ein organisiertes Café mit Seminarhaus,)
und an dem wir auch dem Rest der Gesellschaft den Zugang dazu ermöglichen.
Wir haben sehr viel Wissen gesammelt und gerade dieses Wissen wird jetzt aktuell und für viele Menschen interessant.
Unsere Umgangsweise untereinander inspiriert viele Menschen und ich denke es ist an der Zeit, dies in die Öffentlichkeit zu tragen.

Ich stelle mir einen Ort vor, der offen ist für und (Rainbow-)Reisende, Musiker, Lehrer, Körpertherapeuten, Köche usw., um sich dort einzubringen, allerdings keine Rainbow Geminschaft.
Ein Ort an dem wir leicht und ohne Ideologie oder Religion zusammen kommen und wo „spirituell“ oder „heilig“ von alten Vorstellung losgelöst wird.
Es soll allerdings auch ein Platz, an dem wir genügend Geld zum Leben und Reisen verdienen können.
Von daher sollte er klar strukturiert sein und auch klare Regeln haben, um den Platz frei zu halten vom alltäglichen Chaos, an das nur wir gewöhnt sind.
Wir haben wahrscheinlich eines der größten und kreativsten Netzwerke der Welt und das könnte man nutzen.
Ich habe mir dazu einige Gedanken gemacht und hoffe auf mindestens ein oder zwei Personen,
die diese Idee teilen und da ebenfalls Energie reinstecken möchten. Der Ort ist noch nicht festgelegt, aber Berlin würde sich sicher gut eignen. Andere Städte im Norden von Deutschland wären auch möglich.

Wir werden einen gemeinnützigen Verein gründen. Dafür brauchen wir 3-4 Leute im Vorstand, die das ganze organisieren und die Regeln aufstellen und noch 3-4 Gründungsmitglieder.
Eine Vereinssatzung ist schon fast fertig.
Dieser Verein dient als Rechtsform für ein Café, Gästehaus und das Seminarhaus.

Hello Brothers/Sisters,

I would like to create a space in Berlin (or in any other city) to share our knowledge with the rest of society. It s not gonna be a rainbow place, because of several reasons.
I thought about an organised Café, with Seminarhouse and Guesthouse.
We gathered so much knowledge which is more and more interesting for many people.
Our way of communication and interaction in love and harmonie is always inspiring new people and it s time to bring it into society bevor they overrun us on the gatherings.

I imagine a place which is open for artists, travellers, musicians, teachers, therapists, cooks, aso.
A place where we could meet without ideologie or religion.
But also a place where we could earn enough money for living and travelling
and because of this it should be cosy, organized and with clear rules to avoid the typical chaos only we are used to.
We have probably one of the biggest and most creative Network on this planet  and we could use this.
In Berlin are always a lot of travellers passing through and when we meet in the parks we draw very easy the attention on us from a lot of people.
In a Café it will be even easier.
I worked on it already and i hope to find on this way a few people who like to join.

We will create a noncommercial „Verein“ (club).
For this we need 3-4 people in the head of the organisation, who gonna set up the rules and lead it. And besides this 3-4 more people to be the founders of the club. The club will be the legal structure for the Café, Guesthouse and Seminarhouse and will employ and pay people who work for it.
